PRAYER TRAYS GROUNDED IN CHRIST

Prayer trays are utilized to calm rapid thoughts, rapid movements, and mixed mood statements while in prayer. The prayer list allows you to have guided prayer while motions using rakes in the sand; calms stress via rapid smooth motions. Rocks contain words that remind you of God's love and what is inside of you. Each mountain in the garden symbolizes mountains that Jesus went to in prayer and doves symbolize peace. The cross can be held in your hand for sensational reasons or also for patterns in the sand. Lastly, each jar of holy oil has been prayer over and prepared for anointing.
